The following is a basic schedule, which varies slightly as benefits each group. Our schedule is designed to provide an intensive, experiential exploration of yoga philosophy, practice, and teaching techniques.
6:30 - 9 am - Sadhana practice, meditation, self study
9 - 10 am - Breakfast
10 - 12:30am - Program Session - techniques, postures and pranayama; teaching methodology; yogic philosophy; anatomy and physiology
12:30 am - 3:30 pm - Lunch / Break
3:30 - 5:30 pm - Program Session - techniques, postures and pranayama; teaching methodology; yogic philosophy; anatomy and physiology
5:30 - 6:30 pm - Sadhana practice to reinforce posture, alignment, details, practicum, assist and deepen knowledge
6:30 - 7:30 pm - Dinner
7:30 - 9pm - Program Session (1-2 evenings per week)
One and one half days free / week for excursions or radical rejuvenation.
