Rachel fell in love with yoga from the first time she stepped onto the mat in 2003. Since then, she has explored various yoga styles from many great teachers. Her experience includes Classical Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yogic Arts and Bikram. Many great masters including Sharon Gannon, David Life, Bikram Choudury, Ana Forrest, Sean Corn and Stephanie Keach have influenced Rachel. She has been active her entire life and loves to study anything about health and well-being. She truly appreciates and respects the art of yoga, has a long-held interest in the mind-body connection and enjoys using those interests to help others. Her classes provide a calm, safe environment with focus on alignment and emotional anatomy. Additionally, her classes are known to be fun, uplifting and challenging; she encourages students to explore and listen to their own bodies.
