Hannah exudes a deep passion and appreciation for gentle movement in her classes. She is enthusiastic, lighthearted and engaging. As a child, Hannah remembers watching her mom practice yoga and wanting to participate, which led to her own practice starting with teacher Cassie Aitken in Nashville, TN at age 16. Through an internship with Cassie at age 17, her love and passion for the yoga grew as well as her practice. Soon, her afternoons, which were previously filled with dance classes, were transformed into a daily yoga practice. She has since trained with Jimmy Barkan, Bikram Choudury, Erich Schiffmann and Bryan Kest. While Hannah's background stems from a Bikram practice, she also incorporates a strong blend of Vinyasa Flow into her classes. Hannah resides much of the year in San Diego where she teaches yoga and is working on her PhD in nutrition. Hannah brings a very down-to-earth approach to her yoga classes, coupled with a high level of integrity and grace. Although Hannah may be one of the most flexible people you will ever meet, she has a unique ability to understand and inspire those with less flexibility.
